following Terms and Conditions, is for you, the Users (referred as "the
User" thereafter) to agree to be bounded by when accessing and/or using
the websites, e.g. forum.travel.com.hk, and sub-websites, (each
website and sub-website is individually and collectively referred to as
"the Website") that contain, without limitation, materials, contents,
data, products, services and information which may be offered from time to time
by Tiglion Consultancy Company Limited (referred as "the Company"
thereafter).
User's
access and/or use of the Company's Website is expressly conditioned on the

User will receive a member login id and a password after User registration upon

agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the User's

USER CONDUCT
Articles
will be posted on the Message Platform upon approval from the editor of the Message Platform. The User
agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international
laws and regulations in the User's use of the Service, and agrees not to
interfere with the use of the Service by other Users. The User agrees to be
solely responsible for the contents of the User's transmissions through the
Service.
The
User agrees (a) not to use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) not to
interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the
Service; (c) to comply with all requirements, procedures, policies and
regulations of networks connected to the Service; and (d) to comply with all
applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Hong
Kong.
The
User agrees not to transmit through the Service any untrue, defamatory,
slanderous, unlawful, harassing, libelous, maliciously insulting, privacy
invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise

including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising
out of the User's use of the Service, User's connection to the Service, User's
violation of the Service, or User's violation of any rights of another, or any
applicable law.

WARRANTIES
The
User expressly agrees that use of the Service is at User's sole risk. The
Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The
Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The
Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet User's requirements, that

Company make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use

The
User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or

discretion and risk and that the User will be solely responsible for any damage

Company makes no warranty regarding any goods or services obtained through or

User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to

resulting from any goods or services obtained or messages received or
transactions entered into through or from the Service or resulting from
unauthorized access to or alteration of User's transmissions or data, including

further agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising
from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not

ARTICLE STORAGE
The
Company assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store article
contributed by the User. The Company may establish an upper limit on the size
of contributed articles it will maintain for the User.
REFUSAL OF
ARTICLES AND ACCOUNTS
The
Company reserves the full and overriding rights to refuse the publication of
any materials or articles and / or to refuse the admittance of account sign-up
at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.
The
Company reserves the full and overriding rights to publish or withdraw any
materials or articles at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.
TERMINATION
The
User agrees that the Company may remove the User's registration and terminate
the User's account and password or use of the Service at the Company's
discretion. The User further agrees that the Company removes User's
registration and terminates the User's password or use of the Service if the
User fails to use the Service at least one time during a reasonable period of
time as determined by the Company from time to time.
The
User acknowledges and agrees that any termination of service under this
Agreement under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior
notice, and acknowledges and agrees that the Company may immediately delete
contributed articles under the User's registration and bar any further access
to the Service provided by the Company.
The
Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the
Company or any other associated parties assumes any liability for any damages,
including without limitation, incidental or consequential damages, damages for
loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of business information,
and whatsoever other damages, arising from the use of, or any instance of
failure or malfunction of, the Service.
By
continuing proceeding to use the Service, the User acknowledges that the User
